CUSTOMER POLICY
Thank you for supporting artists through DeBrew Studio.
By purchasing artwork through the DeBrew Studio platform, customers acknowledge and agree to the following:
Artwork Availability
All artworks are subject to availability.
In the event an artwork becomes unavailable following purchase, the customer will be notified directly and issued a full refund where applicable.
Shipping & Artwork Delivery
Following purchase, the artist will prepare and ship the artwork directly to the buyer using the shipping information provided at checkout.
Buyers may be contacted regarding shipping confirmation, delivery updates, or additional fulfillment details where applicable.
Shipping timelines may vary depending on artwork size, packaging requirements, artist location, and delivery destination.
Artwork Presentation
DeBrew Studio makes every effort to present artwork images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or photographic documentation.
Sales & Payments
All payments are processed securely through the DeBrew Studio platform.
Artists retain 75% of artwork sales made through DeBrew Studio exhibitions and presentations. DeBrew Studio receives a 25% commission to support exhibition development, platform operations, and ongoing programming.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of original artwork, all sales are considered final unless an order cannot be fulfilled or arrives significantly damaged.
Customers experiencing shipping damage or order concerns should contact DeBrew Studio directly within 7 days of delivery.
Respectful Communication
DeBrew Studio is committed to maintaining a respectful and professional environment for artists and visitors.
Harassment, inappropriate conduct, discrimination, or abusive communication toward artists or platform representatives will not be tolerated.

ARTIST POLICY
By submitting work to DeBrew Studio, participating artists acknowledge and agree to the following:
Artwork Ownership
Artists retain full ownership and copyright of their original artwork unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Artists confirm that all submitted work is their original creation and does not infringe upon the rights of others.
Submission Guidelines
Artists are responsible for submitting accurate artwork information, images, dimensions, materials, and descriptions where applicable.
Submitted images should be clear and accessible for review purposes.
One free resubmission is permitted if submitted images, files, or links are difficult to access during the review process.
The founder of DeBrew Studio may contact artists directly through the email provided if submitted images, files, or links require clarification or updated access.
Exhibition Participation
Submission does not guarantee selection.
All works are reviewed within the overall direction and curatorial focus of the exhibition.
Selected artists may be featured through digital exhibitions, promotional materials, artist spotlights, website presentation, or social media promotion connected to DeBrew Studio.
Artwork Sales & Commission
Artists retain 75% of artwork sales made through DeBrew Studio exhibitions and presentations.
DeBrew Studio receives a 25% commission to support exhibition development, platform operations, curatorial programming, and future opportunities.
Artist payouts are processed following completed artwork sales and shipment confirmation where applicable.
Shipping & Fulfillment
Artists are responsible for packaging, shipping, tracking, and fulfillment of sold artwork unless otherwise arranged.
Artists are encouraged to package artwork securely and communicate shipment updates when applicable.
Professional Conduct
DeBrew Studio is committed to maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and professional environment for participating artists and visitors.
Harassment, bullying, discrimination, intimidation, exploitation, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.
Artists are encouraged to contact DeBrew Studio directly if concerns arise during communication, exhibition participation, or professional interactions.
Rights & Presentation
By participating, artists grant DeBrew Studio permission to display submitted artwork images for exhibition presentation, promotional purposes, website features, and related curatorial materials connected to the platform.
Artists maintain full copyright ownership of their work.
DeBrew Studio reserves the right to update policies, exhibition details, or participation guidelines where necessary.
PRIVACY & INFORMATION USE
DeBrew Studio respects the privacy of artists, customers, and visitors. Personal information submitted through forms, purchases, or communications is used solely for platform operations, exhibition coordination, customer support, and related programming purposes.
DeBrew Studio does not sell personal information to third parties.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
By using the DeBrew Studio website, submitting artwork, purchasing artwork, or participating in programming, users agree to comply with all platform policies and community standards.
DeBrew Studio reserves the right to update policies, exhibition guidelines, website content, and participation requirements where necessary.
